Focus Groups on Reporting Procedures

The Joint Working Group on Sexual Harassment is currently engaging with people who work across the Parliament to gather views and feedback on the work it is taking forward.  One of the areas highlighted by the recent survey was a lack of confidence in reporting procedures. Focus groups are being held to explore this further.  These 90 minute sessions will be facilitated by an external consultant and will provide a safe and confidential space to discuss and explore the barriers to reporting incidents of harassment and provide a forum for you to give your views. Six sessions will be held in Edinburgh (two of which will be single-sex) and three others will be held in Glasgow, Inverness, and Aberdeen.
